Unity in Art: Ukrainian Exhibition in London Marks Century of UK–Ukraine Partnership

A new exhibition in London will showcase the work of leading Ukrainian artists to mark the 100th anniversary of the UK–Ukraine partnership agreement.

“Unity in Art”, running from 21 to 28 October 2025 at the BobCat Gallery, London (SW15 1TW), brings together established and emerging voices from Ukraine’s art scene. The show is organised by Yaroslav Bystrushkin (Save Art in Ukraine) in partnership with the Ukrainian Art House in London. Admission is free.

The exhibition will feature paintings and mixed-media works highlighting the resilience, creativity and innovation of Ukrainian art. Visitors will have the chance to meet the artists at a special evening event on Thursday, 23 October, from 17:30 to 20:00.

“London is a city that embodies cultural dialogue and global exchange. This exhibition not only demonstrates the outstanding talent of Ukrainian artists, but also reflects the unity of our cultures and the strength of friendship between our nations. It shows how art can bring people together, even in the most difficult times,” said Bystrushkin.

A share of proceeds from artwork sales will go towards safeguarding Ukrainian museums and cultural collections under threat from the ongoing war.
